Her Previous Work :

  • Conducted a webinar presentation on the American Public Health Association (APHA)

  • Researched Flint water quality through “Flint and Lead: The Water-Public Health Connection”

Past Organizations :

  • Community Based Organization Partners (CBOP)

  • Part of the Community Ethics Review Board Administrator of Community Engagement Office of the Health Flint Research Coordinating Center

  • Community Director of the Methodology Core at the Flint Center for Health Equity Solutions (FCHES)

  • Independent Community Academic Consultant as a parter for Community Based Participatory Research (for example, our Speak To Your Health Survey!)

Current Works :

Ella works as a Community Activities Manager of the Science Education Partnership Award (SEPA). She is also working at the School of Public Health in University of Michigan, Ann Arbor to bring together aspects of Public Health and Community Genomics.
