Susan Franzen
Susan Franzen attended graduate school at the University of Michigan Flint, where she finished her Master of Science in Public Health Education from the University of Michigan. In the past she has worked as a Research Analyst Consultant Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Currently, Susan is a Research Area Specialist Senior at the University of Michigan who focuses on conducting community-based evaluations for university projects, coalitions, and foundations. She is presently engaged with the HOPE HIV/STI Outreach and Prevention Education project. Susan collaborates with the Genesee County Health Department and the Saginaw Department of Public Health, records research data, explains rights to study participants, and connects with participants for follow up surveys.Other organizations she participates in include YES and MI-YVPC.
